Welcome to Victor Platinum. By reserving or renting a vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Payment

All reservations can be made online without payment.
A deposit and presentation of valid ID and driver’s licence are required at vehicle collection.
Any additional charges (insurance upgrades, extra mileage, damage, etc.) will be outlined before signing your rental agreement.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be driven only by authorised drivers listed in the rental agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing or towing.
Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.

Cancellations

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance is included in the rental price.
Additional coverage options are available on request.
The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.

Delivery & Collection

Airport, hotel and private address delivery are available subject to confirmation.
Delivery times will be agreed upon at booking.
